We accept credit card payment. Place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency if necessary.

UK buyers can pay by cash, cheque, nochex, postal order or credit card via Paypal. For other buyers we accept cash in sterling, euros or US dollars or payment by credit card via WorldPay.
Please note that we are unable to accept any US personal checks, International money orders or eurocheques because of the high bank charges involved.
UK carriage charges: A choice of 1st or 2nd class letter post or Parcelforce Standard
For other buyers: A choice of small packet Airmail, Surface Mail or International Economy by Parcelforce. Airmail usually takes approximately 8 working days whilst surface mail takes between 7 and 8 weeks.
Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 7 working days without reason.The 7 days start the day after the goods are received. You will not have to pay for any products and any amounts that you have been charged for will be refunded, within 30 days of the cancellation, in the same format as your original payment (eg credit card or cheque). In the event that we have dispatched the products that you have ordered, the goods should be returned to us and you will pay the costs for its return.

Lost/Damaged Goods
We check the quality of our products prior to dispatch. However, should your goods be damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt be e-mail at thackercarole@yahoo.co.uk or by writing to Pins and Needles, 47 Harrier Park, Northampton NN4 0QG, UK. We will be happy to replace your order or alternatively give a full refund, within 30 days.
In the event that your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days from the notification that the item has been shipped and we will endeavour to track your order.

Although every effort has been made regarding colour correctness, please note that product colours may differ from those on screen.
COMPLAINTS
Whilst we aim to avoid complaints by providing a quality service, we recognise that an essential part of quality service is the provision of an effective complaints procedure. We will do our best to deal with your complaint in a fair and timely manner, we aim to acknowledge any complaint within five working days and will take the necessary steps to resolve the dispute within ten working days. We will keep you informed of our investigations via email All complaints will be treated in the strictest confidence.
